Dr. Chiang is absolutely brilliant! After many years of suffering with rosacea, my face has never looked better and my rosacea is finally under control. Can’t recommend the Lumiere clinic enough!

Writing this on behalf of my daughter. Would not bother coming here if you are suffering with hair loss as a female. A text was sent saying Dr Nicole was running late and proceeded to keep my daughter waiting 45 minutes despite the last client leaving 30 mins prior to her being taken in whilst Dr Nicole was chatting to the nurse beforehand who ended up taking notes during the apt. Speaking of the nurse, she was also bloody rude. Daughter smiled at her as she came out of her own consultation room and she got ignored and wasn’t greeted very warmly when Dr Nicole finally took her in. This made her feel uncomfortable £230 for an initial consultation which took a maximum of 15 minutes. No in-depth scalp analysis was taken, you get better machines at a head spa which is laughable as they actually look at the follicle and the condition of your hair. A magnifier was used and that was it to look at the scalp for 30 seconds and that was it. I’d save your money as her recommendations were Spiro, PRP or a similar non-needle treatment. Go elsewhere

I first came to Dr Nicole for my acne in June 2025. At the appointment Dr Nicole was incredibly professional and immediately recognised the cause and issued me Spiro. It has now been 2 months and I am seeing great results and my skin has been the best it has been in a long time! I also would like to thank Dr Nicole for her 3 in 1 moisturiser cream, it’s amazing! It has helped my skin clear up and has started to my fade my acne marks! Thank you Dr Nicole for everything you have done so far and I am really excited to be on this journey!
