  • Forward your details to the clinic
  • Send you a confirmation email
  • Follow up if needed (e.g., confirmation of clinic contact)

4. Retention

Your callback request data is retained for 2 years, then securely deleted.

Your Rights:

  • • You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@skinsage.uk
  • • You can request deletion of your data
  • • You can request a copy of your data
  • • Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal

Lead Magnet Consent

When you download a lead magnet (e.g., Safety Checklist), you consent to:

We collect your email address and contextual information (treatment interest, location if provided).

2. Email Communication
