I've done a course of Isotretinoin with skindoc and could not recommend them highly enough! The majority of my appointments were with Dr Sree, who was incredibly attentive, knowledgable, and a genuinely lovely person. I've had very few interactions with doctors who feel like they truly care, and Dr Sree really does. He took the time to ensure that I was completely informed and comfortable with my options, and from our very first appointment I knew I was in good hands. I also had two appointments with Dr Natalya, who was absolutely wonderful! She was very informative and made me feel very supported in managing my side effects. Finally, Penny was very helpful throughout my treatment, ensuring that any admin queries that I had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Skindoc made my treatment accessible, affordable, and the doctors really do have your best interest at heart. The treatment could have been a stressful experience, but the incredible doctors and staff here ensured it was smooth, safe, and easy.

Great experience with a quick service in terms of advice and dispensing of medication. Very pleased to use the Spironolactone service which is hard to get in the UK otherwise!

I completed Roaccutane treatment through Skindoc from April to November 2024, and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience. From the very first appointment, Dr. Sree has been incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He not only addressed my medical concerns but also ensured that I understood my options thoroughly, allowing me to make informed decisions about my treatment. His approachable demeanour and genuine interest in my well-being were really reassuring. It was easy to book appointments online and order medication from Phlo Pharamacy which were always delivered promptly straight to my door. My treatment has gone very well and has made a massive difference to my skin with very minimal side effects. In addition to Dr. Sree's fantastic care, I want to commend Penny and Natasha for their exceptional support. They were always prompt and helpful with any admin questions I had, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, my experience with Dr. Sree and his team has been outstanding.
