I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience compelled me to share my thoughts. I had an appointment with Jenna Staal for a beauty treatment, and the encounter was incredibly frustrating. She completely failed to address my concerns and seemed uninterested in providing quality care. Moreover, I believe a beauty therapist should maintain a certain level of professionalism, and unfortunately, Jenna did not meet those expectations. Her body odour was quite noticeable, and her breath was unpleasant during our interaction. Thankfully, this was my first and last visit to PHI Clinic. I found another clinic in West London that offers superior treatments at a better price, and the practitioner maintained a much more professional demeanour. From my experience, I would not recommend PHI Clinic.

From the moment I met her, she made me feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. I told her I wanted something natural - just a little help to feel like myself again - and that’s exactly what she delivered. No pressure, no upselling - just honest, expert advice and beautiful results. I’m 41, 11 months postpartum, and I work out like crazy - she gave me something that fits me and my lifestyle perfectly! My face had changed so much after having my baby, and Dr Ivona helped me feel confident and like myself again. She didn’t try to transform me - she brought ME back to me. If you want someone who truly understands balance, listens to what you want, and delivers subtle, stunning results, go see her. I couldn’t recommend her more!!!

Dr Ivona Paravic, yet again, delivers an outstanding, caring service for PHI Clinic, with an immaculate attention to detail, a genuine interest in the patient and desire to make me look and feel my absolute best. I walked into the Clinic for the first time, on a hot early July afternoon; and was met with a lively, friendly, warm welcome from the Receptionist, of this cool, airy place of beauty and grandeur, in white. It is impossible to feel anything but rejuvenated and self-satisfied, in a space which exudes so much brightness and welcome. Every staff member greets you with a beautiful smile - through other doctors and support teams, to the owner himself, who does not fail to greet you, even in the flurry of his working day. Their own faces inspire your confidence that you are in the right place and the right hands. I walked out of the treatment, looking the best version of my fully recognisable self. My son said nothing that evening - my colleagues thought my 'make-up' was good the next day. I can see the work, but it's beautifully subtle, masterfully crafted, it takes nothing away, but adds that touch of 'lift' 🤷‍♀️ that the face needs, to fully radiate your inner sunshine.
