I had polynucleotides with Nadia and it was by far the worst aesthetic experience I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, it was clear she was unprepared and poorly trained. She started the treatment without numbing cream, only realising halfway through how painful it was. She then had to switch needles because the one she was using was far too big for delicate under-eye work — something any competent practitioner would know from the start. At one point her hand even slipped, and she casually said, “oops, that shouldn’t happen.” That single comment summed up the entire appointment: careless, unprofessional, and unsettling. The result? I’ve been left with severe bruising under both eyes. I’ve had polynucleotide treatments before with experienced practitioners and never had anything close to this outcome, tiny bruises where the needle was but not anything so severe. The photos speak for themselves. I was also given no aftercare despite her agreeing that I had huge bruises and just a follow up message to say she hopes it would get better and to buy some arnica cream. This experience was unprofessional, sloppy, and left me feeling completely unsafe in her hands. I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to think twice and go to someone who actually knows what they’re doing. On the other hand, I've had Jessica before and she was completely professional and had great results. I just wish I realised I'd booked in with someone else and wasn't left like this.
