Absolutely loved my experience at lux clinic I went in for a facial, and everything was perfect from start to finish.The facial was so relaxing, and my skin felt amazing afterward glowing, hydrated, and refreshed. The salon is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a calming atmosphere. Can’t wait for my next visit

I had the "gel manicure" done here today (see pic of what I wanted vs what I got) and I've got to say there are many places that do A LOT better for cheaper. My previous gel was not properly removed and the actual "manicure" part itself consisted of a brief exfoliation of my hands and slathering my hands in cream and plastic gloves before leaving me sat in the chair for ages whilst the lady did something else. The cuticle work (the most vital part of any manicure if you ask nail techs!!) was minimal, basically she pushed them back a bit. The finish isn't at all professional and the whole process was not in any way relaxing, especially considering the lady I had couldn't understand me properly and the staff were all speaking in another language, clearly about me as they kept looking my way and laughing. The lady who did my nails also kept commenting on the size of my body which made me extremely uncomfortable. I haven't a problem with the staff themselves; they all seemed lovely but their professionalism (both interpersonal and with their work) was questionable to say the least. I can't speak for any of the other services offered here, but I would recommend going elsewhere for any sort of nail work. I would appreciate a reply from the owners as I would like at least a partial refund because the finish I got is not at all what I asked for or indeed what was offered. EDIT: 4 days later and they've already started peeling!! I had my previous gels I got somewhere else on for three weeks and only had them taken off because they'd grown out; they hadn't peeled or chipped. PS still no reply from the owners!!

Found the deal on voucher for a haircut and Blow-dry how this lady is allowed to go near anyone’s hair is beyond me avoid at all costs . Explaining what I wanted a bob haircut is not what I got she has absolutely no idea now I have to pay to try and salvage the mess she has created 😡☹️ lesson learnt.i would ask to see certificates if you are thinking of using this place as it is operated under a 1 person does it all .
