Mum just back from getting skin tag removed staff were extremely helpful and put her at ease removing skin tag was quick and easy she would definitely recommend

Highly recommend, I seen Fionnuala for my brow appointment. Fionnuala gives an excellent explanation of what she will carry out and is very reassuring. I felt completely at ease as she listened to what I was going for and is a perfectionist. A true professional and artist. The lady who was at reception was also very welcoming and friendly, and made me a lovely cup of tea. Unfortunately I didn't get her name.

I leave this review with great disappointment i attended Geraldine’s beauty school for one term with very high expectations but unfortunately it was not what it was made out to be. When applying to attend i had a talk through with Geraldine were she told me everything that would happen how the days would go etc i was told we would do full days ( as i needed to no timings with having a young child for childcare) , within weeks of attending the beauty school i was sent home by my tutor after 15 minutes!! Being told “ do you want to go on home i dont want to waste your time as there is nothing for you to do” i was extremely devastated as i pay for a child minder and the course is expensive to be going home after 15 minutes. I reached out to geraldine where she told me this was wrong and agreed with me. Later on i received an invoice to pay more money however i was very concerned about this as i had expressed my concerns then a bill to pay. I had planned to meet Geraldine face to face to talk about my concerns were she agreed to meet then days before she sent me an email refusing to meet as “ it wouldn’t solve any problems” i stated i would not be attending the beauty school as there was a lot of problems and false promises i even arrived at the beauty school to talk which i was refused. I am now out £1800 so think before attending this beauty school!!! “Contracts” signed so you basically have no leg to stand on. I later then received an email wanting me to pay the remainder of the course as that is in her contract! I myself have rights. Very very disappointed as this beauty school has such a good name.
