I had used Dr Victoria clinic years ago for IPL procedure to treat rosacea redness and breakouts, I was really pleased with the results and the clinic back then. I had returned to the clinic to repeat the procedures for my wedding and bought a package. Unfortunately, I did not have such a good experience this time. I had 2 sessions done and got recommended some products to help with rosacea, however, aesthetician did not advise that one of these products cannot be used before the procedure. I had visited the clinic for my 3rd procedure and was told session will not go ahead due to me using the product beforehand so I had to drive from Glasgow and spend half a day for nothing. I was then informed that practitioners who were available for Saturday appointments have left the clinic and they are not able to offer me saturday appointments. I was not able to make their suggested weekday appointments due to work and eventually they agreed a refund. Shockingly, they said I will be charged full price for the first few sessions even though it was not my fault practitioners left the practice. Results from these sessions are also not as apparent as from before ones I had. I am now left in a stressful situation to look for another clinic one month before my wedding as they kept rescheduling the appointments and not confirmed about refund swiftly. I am really disappointed in the quality of service provided by the clinic.

I received Botox treatment for TMJ from Dr. Joanna, and I was very happy with the visit. She took the time to understand my case, explained the procedure clearly, and advised me on ways to relieve jaw tension outside of the Botox treatment.

I recommend Dr Victoria Skin Clinic as all the staff are welcoming and the clinic offers an uplifting environment to relax. Dr Victoria and Dr Joanna are happy to answer all questions and take time to explain procedures in detail. I first met Dr Joanna to discuss Masseter Botox hoping to relieve the pain I was experiencing due to grinding my teeth persistently. I am very pleased with the result as the treatment resolved the problem and the procedure was stress free.
