I was recommended by a friend, and was truly impressed. Eleni gave my skin a thorough cleanse with the Hydrafacial and did an amazing job. I then met Dr. Luca for my polynucleotide treatment—he was fantastic as well and very professional. The manager at reception was kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I usually go to Harley Street for my treatments expecting high quality and service, but Cavendish Clinic proved that it’s not about the location—it’s about the people and the experience, and they absolutely delivered.

This review is in relation to the Peter Jones Clinic AND the Cavendish Clinic Head Office. I can only seem to leave a google review here. The ladies that carry out the treatments are all very lovely and good at what they do. My rating is in relation to the lack of any customer service that isn't solely related to booking an appointment. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe it. I've tried for over 7 months to get a call back to discuss a package of treatments that I had purchased but could not use by the expiry date due to medical reasons. Every time I call I get told the clinic manager or someone from head office will have to call me back but the call never comes and all of my emails have gone unanswered. As it stands, I have lost several hundred pounds and no-one at the Cavendish Clinic seems to remotely care or can be bothered to extend the courtesy of a simple call back. I am not a happy customer (just in case that wasn't obvious). Based on many of the other 1 star reviews this seems to be the norm and not an exception. Great at taking your money but when it comes to the after sales customer service it basically doesn't exist.

Had a wonderful Morpheus 8 package at this clinic! My skin has never looked so good! Firstly Marcelle was wonderful on the phone booking this in, she explained the whole package and treatment with me then booked in all my appointments.. Katy did my treatments and was very professional and explained everything step by step, she made sure I was happy and comfortable for the whole treatment. I’m so pleased with the results! The whole experience from start to finish was exceptional 😁
