From the moment I stepped inside the shop to having my facial I was made to feel very welcome. Ruth took the time to explain the different facials she would recommend and at no time did I feel pressured into purchasing one then & there. I chose the RF facial to help my “mature” skin. Ruth was very informative during the procedure explaining as she worked. I had my concerns as recently my skin has started reacting to products but I needn’t have worried. The day after and my skin still feels very moisturised and as a bonus my rosacea has reduced. I look forward to booking further treatments with Ruth, it’s so good to have someone that has a passion & knowledge for her work.
