Recently visited the wellness lounge and booked the recovery room. The online booking was easy. The venue is simple to find and sign posted. Free parking is available on site with plenty of spaces. When we arrived the room was pre prepared for us based on what we had said in the initial questionnaire when booking. The recovery room is well equipped sauna, red light therapy, ice bath, shower etc There were various things that set the wellness lounge apart from any other wellness facility in Cardiff these are - - Towels are provided in the price no extra towel hire charge. - The opportunity to be coached through the ice bath - we didn’t use this but it’s great for those who are inexperienced or for those who are using the lounge on their own. You can also choose to be left alone to relax which is equally welcomed. - Thoughtful but practical touches provided such as electrolytes, tea, water, book selection, sweets, hairdryer and bags to put your swimwear in after the session. - Relaxing music was already playing to set the ambience but there’s the functionality to change the playlist if desired. These things mean that you only need to bring swimwear everything else is catered for. No need to bring a heavy gym bag full of gear. Overall the wellness lounge offers an outstanding experience and I fully recommend it. We can’t wait to return. Thank You.

I recently had a sports massage with Waiyee and as always it was fantastic. I had an injury to my hip and needed help to reduce the pain. Waiyee asked specific questions to accurately diagnose the problem. She focused on the area with enough pressure to relieve the pain and still be comfortable. Waiyee is very knowledgeable and give me lots of advice and exercises I can do at home to help with recovery. Overall a wonderful experience with a wonderful person. I would highly recommend and will be attending again.
