Charmayne is an absolute delight and is really knowledgeable about what is best for your skincare regime. I try to go for a facial once a month and have also had a pedicure and my nails done as well. Would recommend :)

The beauty cabin is run by Charmayne and she really deserves more praise than she gets. My self, I have been seeing Charmayne for almost 4 years now. Without her deep tissue shoulder, necks and back massages I would literally seize up. She spent the first few months working all the knots out and getting me to a place where I no longer get any pain, or if I do, it is very minimal. A lot of people (especially men) worry about going to a massage because of the whole what to do when you get there etc, well Charmayne talks you through everything and is very good at putting you at ease. As a person Charmayne is lovely and approachable and very dry in humour, but very very funny once you get to know her. For us men she will do most other services such as manicures, facials, even the skin thing (not my thing but it does seem to work, because I have seen Charmayne use it on herself and yeah.. fab results)... I had a manicure for my wedding day and I have to say, considering I felt like a wally, once again, she just sat there and talked to me and got on with it... So any man reading this, do not be frightened to call and book any beauty treatment, she never judges. My wife uses Charmayne on and off for her nails and other services. She was saying only the other day that she misses her chats with Charmayne and how good of a job she does. So why 5/5? because as I said above I honestly think this woman deserves every ounce of praise and she is a very bright star lost in the black hole that is Ely... Find this star and you will never look back.
