Recently been seen by dr Sagoo to have a keloid removal from my ear. This is something that has knocked my confidence for years and I’ve always hidden with my hair as the keloid got bigger over time and become uncomfortable and painful. I had a consultation around this and the process was explained to me in full and I was made to feel at ease with it all. I have had the removal and was given after care to help with this and I am pleased with the outcome and my confidence has come back. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. All members of staff was very professional and polite and made you feel very welcome.
