I was supposed to receive a laser hair removal and prepaid +£600 for the course of treatment. The clinic cancelled my appointment twice the night before, I still have not had a hair removal and they are holding my money of £600 for over a month now and are unresponsive to any calls, emails, etc. Worst experience and customer service ever and would strongly advise anyone not to go to this clinic.

I had laser treatment on my cheeks and neck area which is quite sensitive area especially being male with coarse hair and It was Lucy from Leeds clinic, she did the treatment area. It was really fab experience and by far the best session iv ever had, she was friendly, hospitable and perfectionist, she did the treatment area with ease and minimum discomfort despite it being sensitive area. Lucy was brilliant and would definitely ask for my next session to be with her. Just wanted to personally thank Lucy for the session I had it was outstanding service she provided...

In April I had a consultation with a nurse who was absolutely lovely however, she said she has only been doing the job for 6 months. I expected someone who was highly qualified to be advising me on my skin treatment not someone who has just started learning about skin! She recommended a skin peel but due to knowing people in the industry, I knew that it is risky. I asked for the side effects and she stated the normal ones and said she she could do it for me. When I questioned her even more, I told her that I'm a skin type 4 and said I think it can damage my skin. She then researched and confirmed that it could cause hyperpigmentation. The nurse then found out that she won't be able to do it due to the risk and a doctor would have to do it. If I was a customer who didn't know anything about it, I would have booked in with her straight away thinking that there were no risks! You SHOULD not be putting a person into consultation appointments after 6 months!!!! The nurse was lovely, it was not her fault. The management team are to blame. I am still owed my £50 deposit. I expected a professional clinic not a back street market shop.
