After years of unsuccessful laser hair treatments I booked a session of 6 with Madhavi as a last resort and I’m so glad I did! From the moment I stepped into clinic I was greeted with a warm and professional environment. She explained everything and made sure I was happy before we started and I saw a *drastic* improvement in hair growth and skin texture halfway through. By the end of it I’m virtually hair free but the biggest change for me has been the improvement in my skin texture and I’ve even had compliments on it which never happens. I would wholeheartedly recommend Madhavi- she knows what she’s talking about but more importantly the treatments work. Thank you 💕

Honestly the best customer service you could possibly get! As a girlie with PCOS I struggle with facial hair growth. I’ve been to another place in Leicester and it was uncomfortable and at times painful. It also didn’t fully work! Here with Madhavi, was the best customer service and treatment I’ve had. I’m not sure what was different about what she used and did but the laser she used felt more like a massage. Definitely recommend to all! Will be going back for the rest of my body! 🤭
