I booked a series of chemical peel and microneedling sessions here. In the beginning, my experience was good — the first four sessions were done properly, and I was satisfied with the results. However, my last two sessions were extremely disappointing and left me unhappy with the service. Both of those sessions were done by a girl with glasses, and she did not seem to follow the correct procedure. During the chemical peel, she applied the solution for barely 2–3 minutes before removing it, which felt very rushed and ineffective compared to my earlier sessions. When it came to microneedling, the experience was even worse. She did not apply the numbing cream properly, and then used the microneedling device at full speed over my whole face. This was very harsh on my skin and caused excessive redness, puffiness, and a burning sensation that I had not experienced before. Overall, the difference in technique between my earlier sessions and the last two sessions was huge. It felt careless and unprofessional, and I left with side effects that made me very uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the treatments with her.

I’ve had over 18 full-body laser sessions here. When I first booked, I was told I would need around 8 sessions, and at most 12, to see the best results. However, even after 18+ sessions, I still have noticeable hair growth on almost half my body. For something this expensive, I expected much better results. What’s even more frustrating is the inconsistency in service. Throughout my sessions, I had 5 different staff members. Some did the laser thoroughly—nice and slow—while others rushed through, which meant certain areas weren’t even properly treated. Who does the laser makes a huge difference in results, so anyone booking should definitely keep this in mind. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable, lasting results.

Professional, friendly as always. Thorough consultation and advice to ensure expectations, good hygiene practice, ensure skin thoroughly clean to minimise any possible infection. Whole procedure went well, talked through everything he was doing and why. Lovely result from filler noted immediately so looking forward to fully settling to see end results. Good aftercare advice also given. Made to feel very comfortable, whole team are fantastic, wouldn't use anyone else
