Private Medical Clinic Birmingham | Private GP

I visited the private clinic on September 26 for the purpose of getting professional and fast treatment. The doctor I saw today was Dr Mutlib and he did some basic tests for me . Then Dr Mutlib asked me if we would pay an extra £25 for the prescription which we thought was strange because the consultation was already £95. Why he require extra, we repeatedly asked the doctor several times, if £25 is the cost of medicine and he said yes. He also confirmed us we don’t need to pay extra money when take prescriptions at any Pharmacy. I went to a pharmacy that closed to my home, they could not find my information, the reason was that the private clinic entered my DOB incorrectly, it was not easy to contact the clinic reception again and we finally contacted the clinic and solve the problem after 30 minutes. But another problem happened, that is, the pharmacy asked me to pay for the medicine, so we called the reception again, reception at first said we have paid the prescription and we do not need to pay at pharmacy. Unfortunately, the pharmacy did not release the prescription to me without my payment. I called DR Mutlib, he admitted that he explained to us that the charge for 25 pounds did not explain clearly and was willing to refund 25 pounds, he said we would receive a refund in three to five days. But it has been seven days we have not received any refund. And my own illness has not improved, I am extremely disappointed to see this clinic this time, I have deeply concern about the integrity of this doctor, and the administration of this clinic is not up to private clinic standard. We paid private clinic price but only got NHS service level. Very disappointed

I had first hand contact with Dr Theresah and Dr Ibrahim and the experience I had was just out of this world! They were helpful, compassionate and kind . The knowledge of their job was simply excellent. I highly recommend them for any Medical support. Abbas

I got a blood test here from Dr. Mana. She is very professional. Very quick and polite. This clinic's environment is nice and warm.
