I was initially recommended this place by a friend last year and I have always had a great 5-star customer service here from the professional front-of-house team and my laser specialist Michelle for face/body laser hair removal. Michelle has always been friendly and great at calming my nerves during laser sessions and making me laugh. The place is also very welcoming + inclusive of different people, regardless of your gender - one of the reasons I chose it and recommended it to several of my friends before. Results for laser hair removal have always been very effective.

I booked a consultation with this clinic and took the time to complete all of their medical and skin history forms in advance. After travelling all the way into central London, I was made to wait without even being offered basic courtesy such as water. When finally called in, the consultation lasted less than a minute – I was immediately told they couldn’t treat me because of my condition. She went on to say that she can treat me if we could get a doctors note so they wouldn’t have to take responsibility for any side effects. This shows such a lack of safe guiding and care. What’s unacceptable is that this could have been communicated beforehand. If the forms I filled out weren’t even reviewed, then what’s the point of asking patients to complete them? Their excuse was, “I don’t have access to the forms,” which is both unprofessional and a poor reflection on how the clinic is run. This was a complete waste of time and money, and showed a lack of care, consideration, and organisation. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.
