I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Tanya for two treatments, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is absolutely amazing at what she does! Tanya always takes the time to clearly explain each treatment and offers the best advice tailored to your needs. She answers every question with patience and without hesitation, even if I ask the same thing more than once. What really stands out is how friendly and approachable she is, which makes the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Tanya truly goes above and beyond to make sure you feel well cared for.

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at this clinic, particularly with the new manager at the Fulham branch. Unfortunately, she has been consistently unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I generally consider myself a calm and reasonable person, but her attitude and unwillingness to listen to even the simplest of concerns have been incredibly frustrating. On two occasions, I called to kindly request a short retouch session—something that would take no more than 15 minutes—because I noticed patches where the treatment was clearly missed. I have already purchased three full-body packages from Laser Clinics: two from the Liverpool Street branch, where the service and management were excellent, and one from the Fulham branch, where the experience has sadly been the complete opposite. Instead of listening or waiting for photographic evidence as I offered, the manager immediately questioned my integrity and implied I was trying to take advantage of the touch-up policy. Nothing could be further from the truth. If anything, I barely have the time to chase up retouches—but I also can’t walk around with obvious untreated patches on my arms. Her condescending attitude was entirely unnecessary and unprovoked. I’m paying a significant amount of money for this service, and I do not expect to be treated so poorly. It’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, she refused to escalate my concern to someone more senior and even threatened that calls are recorded, which felt very unprofessional and intimidating. If the owner or senior management reads this, I would appreciate a follow-up. I’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review before, but this situation, combined with the fact that I’ve seen very little hair reduction despite multiple sessions, has left me very unhappy.

PL Fulham is now my local clinic after Nottinghill was closed. I’m so so happy with my results, I’ve had two sessions of polynucleotides so far. I’ve seen a big difference in my laugh lines, as I lost a lot of fat in my face. I really trust this clinic for their top equipment, and professional staff. The team are really love girls. Tania is extremely knowledgeable, kind and very friendly. Nina on reception is super lovely and the other Therapist is very personable. Thank you so much for my experience
