Booked in with Jenny as the reviews were fantastic. I’ve had 2 sessions now and seeing major improvements with the fading of the tattoo already, drinking plenty of fluid consistently between sessions is key. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none. Happy to answer any questions I have about the removal of the tattoo. Would highly recommend Jenny if you are thinking of having a tattoo removed

I went in to have my first session with Jenny and the professionalism and care that she showed was outstanding. Jenny advised me to wait a little longer to start treatment as this would be best for the care of my skin and help achieve the results I’m looking for. To be given honest and truthful advice instead of just going ahead was absolutely appreciated and I can not recommend Jenny enough. You can truly see she is passionate about what she does and cares for each individual case. Hopefully looking forward to going back at some point soon to start the removal process. Also the staff at medusa ink are so welcoming, friendly and professional and make you feel very at ease.

Had my first laser tattoo removal session today with Jenny, was a little apprehensive not really knowing what to expect. Jenny is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. She was friendly, reassuring and made me feel relaxed during the treatment. The actual treatment was over in minutes and the pain was much less then I had anticipated (like a flick with an elastic band) Would highly recommend. Thankyou Jenny
