Excellent service! Kasia help me with a hair removal and I couldnt choose better. She has extensive knowledge about lasers. I do not normally do reviews, however in this case I will, although this lady has good reviews it made me contact her, mind you she is good at her job however in the initial consultation she will explain everything clearly step by step what she is going to do to draw you in, but does not actually do everything she explains in the consultation so you are not really getting your money worth she did a 5 minute job for me and charged over 200 pounds I was quite disappointed since she seemed so professional, when I asked her why she never gave me the full experience of the treatment her response was "as English was not her first language I must of misunderstood" however her English is very clear, secondly she tried to use the fear tactic by telling the client repeatedly that the treatment is invasive are you "sure you want it done" almost trying to throw you off the treatment completely even though you just had a consultation saying how great the treatment is and already ready for the treatment on the couch at this point she knows you not going to change your mind since you are ready to get the treatment done!!! and then saying how do you feel about going ahead? Knowing she had already told me so much in regards to the pain of the treatment, of course my answer was a "little nervous"since i had never done it before and on top of it all she was completely making me more anxious about it just so I could reply to her and say "yes a little worried"I didn't quite know what her agenda was until later on she said too me you were too worried about the actual treatment that's why I didn't include the rest of the steps of the treatment 🤔🙄 I do not recommend her at all so if anyone want to get scammed that's the place to go!!! She will also try to leave treatment steps out and say it's for "client safety" later on! Very deceitful 💯
