I am looked after by Caroline for Botox and Amy for Deluxe Hydrafacial. The clinic has a great atmosphere and everyone is so professional, from the receptionist to Caroline and Amy. Treatments are excellent and I am delighted with the outcome. I visit regularly and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Some great products available too at reasonable prices. They never try to up sell either, leaving you with tubes of stuff you will never use. ! Always feel great when leave.

I have been visiting the Caroline Hill Aesthetic Skin Clinic since around 2015 and can unequivocally say that I will never seek any treatments from elsewhere. Caroline is an expert in her field, with her patients genuine best interests at heart. Treatments are always ethical; in a way that tailored treatment plans are always discussed with realistic expectations in mind. It is not a one size fits all and Caroline will not perform any procedure which has the possibility to cause undesired results or potential harm. This is not a clinic that will continue to take your money for treatments which are of no benefit to you. The vast experience of Caroline as a registered Nurse Prescriber and Post Grad in non-surgical aesthetic medicine is clearly evident. I work with clinicians on a daily basis and am yet to come across one with such passion for their industry, clinical competence, professionalism and empathy towards their patients as I experience at this clinic with Caroline. The clinic is always spotless with infection control protocols evidently being followed. Patient safety is always paramount, as is the aftercare process. You will always be offered review appointments and are encouraged to contact the clinic should ANY concerns arise. No matter how trivial they may seem. I have never been unhappy with a treatment, have always remained looking natural and not “done” or “different” from my usual self, and will continue to return time and time again. (Both for aesthetic treatments and prescription skin care)
