I've been to this salon for years and it's an absolute hidden gem. Emma is a wonderful beautician, her facials and waxing treatments are some of the best I've ever had. The salon itself is clean, warm and inviting. The ambience is perfect for a relaxing treatment and I'm always sad when they come to an end and I have to leave! I would definitely recommend this salon (and Emma in particular!).

I had my lashes lifted this time last year at Fior and it's not until I've had the lashes done again this year (elsewhere) I realise they were very over processed. I looked ridiculous and they felt uncomfortable. I thought it was my lashes fault but have since been informed too much product was applied and left too long. I did experience a lot of stinging on one eye while product was being applied which I did inform the woman at the time. Now the woman herself was lovely and made me comfortable and the place was very clean and peaceful. While I hate to leave a bad review, I hate for anyone else to experience this if, like me, they are not confident to speak with the salon due to having bad experiences as a customer in the past. Maybe it was a one off and being a year ago I hope they have improved personalising processing times to the type of lashes being worked on. I have fine long lashes so maybe the processing time that's normal was too long for mine.
