I can't recommend Tracey the owner of Elixr enough! From the moment you walk into her beautifully welcoming treatment space, you feel right at home. She is incredibly professional and friendly, instantly putting you at ease. Her extensive knowledge in the field shines through in every treatment. I trust her completely with any new treatments she’s offering, knowing I'm in skilled hands. Not only does she deliver exceptional results but she's also easy to chat to and we have a good laugh. I used to own skin clinics and have had plasma twice before, so am very aware of the process. However this was by far the best treatment process I have encountered. Why so good? Tracey is just extremely kind and when having a treatment like this, that really helps, as my first time having plasma, was with a male doctor in Cardiff and lets just say I haven't been back to him since! You couldn't feel a thing!! The first and second time I had it done it really hurt and was the reason I would hate having it done, even though I know the results are amazing. The second time was a lot better, this time a female dentist in Warwickshire however it still hurt, with Tracy didn't feel a thing, this was fascinating and wish I had known about Tracey years ago, regardless of the long distance I would have to travel. The level of after care is incredible. Having been in the aesthetics industry for over 15 years (I am no longer), I would often have treatments at other clinics where my clinics didn't offer these services and I can easily say this was the best treatment experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot over the years!
