Had my first consultation last week and I was really impressed with the Candover Clinic! Very early in my journey with Dr Tanja Phillips, but fantastic first impression. The building was clean, modern & the receptionist polite and friendly. It didn't feel like it was part of the rather busy main hospital at all! I had my consultation with Lauren, who was really welcoming and approachable - she explained the various treatments available based on my needs and also gave me some samples to try before committing to buying the recommended products. I tried them for the first time last night and WOW I don't think my face has felt that soft before - even after 1 use, my face was softer than when I've had a 30 minute facial! She also tried the lasers on me to see how my skin would react and had no issues at all - I'm someone who is a bit of a wuss with things that might cause discomfort, however, Lauren put me at ease and there was no discomfort at all! I'll be returning in future for various treatments and I look forward to seeing where I can go with my skin with the support of this team! :)

Friendly and professional. I was talked through what to expect and given time to ask any questions. I have now been to Dr Tanja Phillips Medical Aesthetic Clinic twice and I am more than satisfied with the expertise of both the practitioners who carried out the procedure of sun spot removal.

I cannot recommend Dr Tanja Phillips clinic enough. From the minute you walk through the door, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. I personally have had my treatments with Dr Tanja and they have made such a difference to my overall wellbeing and confidence. Every part of the treatment is discussed and explained and you are made to feel at complete ease throughout. In addition, to the treatment, the products that are recommended alongside the treatments are great. Outside of the clinic, if you are running low on products, a phone call to the clinic and the products are sent out straight away and in most cases they are delivered next day. Such a great service. I have and would highly recommend Dr Tanja and her team to anyone.
