Booked a consultation for EMS Medisculp. Arrived at my appointment on time, no introduction by the person conducting the consultation, which was carried out in the reception area. I gave a brief explanation as to why I wanted this treatment done. What followed next was a disorganised barrage of information on additional treatments that I didnt want, special offers and membership options. I was repeatedly told I needed Fat Freezing alongside the EMS Medisculp in order to achieve desired results. The lady took me into the treatment room to look at my stomach, and then proceeded to show me videos and stats of other clients who had achieved best results with the combination treatments. I suggested going through the medical questionnaire which then deemed me unsuitable to fat freezing, so the sales pitch reverted to just the EMS Medisculp treatment, completely diminishing any credibility behind the recommendation. Another member of staff joined in who was a lot more personable, and at least seemed willing and able to answer my questions. I would expect a consultation to start with a proper introduction, a detailed fact find to discover more about me and my wants / needs / limitations followed by justifiable treatment recommendations made to me based on the information given, as well as the ability to answer my queries confidently and with demonstratable knowledge, not reading from a leaflet. A disappointing and uncomfortable experience, not at all what I expected after reading such positive reviews

Very professional staff. From the moment I walked in I could tell that I was going to be looked after. I had the luxury facial with algae face mask. It was very refreshing and my face felt lovely afterwards, and still does. Laura who did my treatment was an absolute delight and certainly knew her stuff. Not only that, she was chatty and cheerful and by the time I left I felt I'd had a top treatment and some laughter therapy too! Fabulous place and great staff. I will definitely go back, and take my family there too *****

Warm welcome, appropriately chilly cryotherapy experience (with my choice of music so I could keep my booty in motion during the session) and a lovely follow up with the red light therapy. Great place, lovely staff.
