Lovely experience in the clinic today. Starting with my welcome at reception. Maddy was warm and professional, her kind and friendly attitude really made me feel welcome and understood, she really did set a positive tone for my appointment. During my appointment Brooke made me feel at ease, with her knowledge and experience. She explained everything so well and carried out my treatment with care and attention.
