I had two waxings and a biofacial today. Holly was excellent, knowledgeable, and impeccable in her attention. The products also felt really lovely - the hot wax was painless and the facial products felt luxurious. The whole experience was the best I’ve ever had. Will come back.

Having been nurtured with Nuffield Health and their true professionalism and tranquil surroundings, they sadly closed and I had to look elsewhere. I tried Connelle as they were close - although no parking. A very short lived experience. I had a manicure, but had to go back 3 times as it kept peeling off. This has never ever happened before. when I looked at them - the gel had been put on very thickly. My daughters came for a massage - part of a gift that I'd given them - the room was very cold, they weren't asked what pressure they wanted, and in fact, it hurt them. There was noise outside, no lock on the door and they were given seconds to get undressed and be on the bed. They found it not a relaxing experience. They came for pedicures previously, again part of a gift - we had a huge job trying to convince the reception staff that this was a pre-paid gift token, and I was charged for an appointment that I had cancelled. No thank you Connelle - never again.
