I can’t believe the fridge is STILL broken after almost 2 months, so they can’t sell sandwiches any more!!?? I left a review a couple of weeks ago complaining about the same thing, and the fact that none of the staff have been reliably informed as to when it’s going to be replaced, other than to continuously be told it’ll be fixed ‘tomorrow’. It looks like Boots reviews staff are hot on responding to disgruntled customers because they know it makes them look good, but the only response was to apologise and suggest I call their customer service number, who also didn’t know when it was going to be fixed, so another complete waste of time. I’ve only given this place 2 stars because Dennis, a member of staff was a star himself. Very friendly and gave some great advice. Boots, sort out your communication, and don’t superficially respond to reviews with pointless advice as a numbers game. Actually give a toss about your customers and members of staff and try to fix things!

Quite a nice Boots! They have a nice selection of brands like The Ordinary, Liz Earle, some luxury brands like Dior and Chanel; recently they've started selling a few Korean brands like Beauty of Joseon the Fwee lip pudding pots and Tocobo. Staff are friendly and eager to help, I don't understand where the bad reviews are coming from (however I don't use the pharmacy so other customers may have had a different experience to me). Their skincare and haircare products are nice, definitely not cheap so expect some brands that are a bit more premium/luxury or designer. The fab guy with glitter on his face was particularly helpful and the lady at the Liz Earle counter gave good advice on which toner to get for a friend, as I needed help on finding one that was suitable for someone with combination skin (both dry and oily)! Wil return as they give pretty good loyalty points as well, just sign up for the Membership online.
