I had an amazing experience at Boots Fosse Park today. As a regular customer for the past five years, I've never received such outstanding service. Anju helped us select few Dior perfume, and when I mentioned these are gifts? she offered free engraving and beautifully gift-wrapped them. Boots should definitely hire more people like her! Because of her amazing gift wrap service I am gonna buy all my gift from there.

On Saturday evening, I purchased cosmetics at the Dior counter. I bought two lip glosses and an eyeshadow palette. When I asked about the price, the sales assistant told me that one lip gloss cost “£30-something” but that there was a 15% discount. I agreed, as it was meant to be a gift, and asked for nice packaging. It turned out that the assistant wasn’t actually a Dior employee, so she called another lady for help. Unfortunately, she replied in a very unfriendly tone that they only pack items in paper bags. In the end, my purchase was poorly packaged by a Chanel sales assistant. After paying and receiving the receipt, I noticed that the discount hadn’t been applied. The sales assistant then told me that the discount didn’t apply to those lip glosses. Overall, it was a terrible customer service experience. Dior and Chanel are supposed to be premium brands, and customers should expect a high level of service. Very disappointing – I do not recommend.

Had an awful experience at Boots Fosse Park store on Sunday. Went in to take advantage of the premium beauty offers and decided to purchase a fenty lip oil n gloss. However the 20% discount wasn't applied. I spoke with an assistant manager named Alexandra who really wasn't bothered about customer care or happiness. She informed me that the offer didn't apply on this fenty product as it was new to that store. How as a consumer am i supposed to know that.! She hid behind T &C's and said there was nothing she could or would do to make me a happy customer. Surely when she agreed the signage was miss leading she should have applied the discount to keep goodwill and the customer centric vibes. Obviously not bothered about that. Come on boots get your act together. I'm Feeling unhappy and undervalued ☹️
