Been on the mounjaro journey, a few weeks ago I asked what the new prices would be. I was told they were staying the same in September and would increase in october, also stated on instagram page. Went on today to be told the prices went up on September 1st, I showed receptionist the message in which I was told prices were going up in oct and on website page, she said nothing she could do, as owner wasn't available. I sent a message stating this, didn't get a reply. And post stating this on instagram removed. Not very good customer service, changing the prices going back on on what was stated in private message and on instagram. Needless to say I wont be continuing with mounjaro from Bold street clinic.

Well I finally bit the bullet and had some cosmetic work done.. What a lovely friendly atmosphere at the Bold Street Clinic. Firstly, the reception staff made me feel like I’d known them all my life, they were so friendly welcoming and funny. Then I met Dr Paul, who made me feel relaxed, calm, and confident to have my treatment. I’m truly over the moon with the results. Professionalism throughout my visit. Thank you guys so much, can’t wait for my next visit. Maybe a little lip filler next 👄

I have visited the clinic on a number of occasions and have been always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, while attending the clinic on one occasion I had a consultation with Dr Paul regarding a previous lip filler procedure which had gone wrong (filler had migrated above my top lip line). Myself and Dr Paul discussed ways in which this could be corrected, Dr Paul was professional and confident that he could improve the shape of my lips and listening to his knowledge and viewing photographs of previous work on lip correction, I was confident I was in the right hands. When I came to clinic for my appointment for the lip correction, I felt at ease and was reassured throughout the whole process. I have never been happier with the end result, it has given me confidence to smile on photographs again and taught me to always research who you allow to put filler on your face. If you are considering any aesthetic work then Dr Paul is the person to do it, you will not be disappointed!!
