This was my first appointment with Dr Rachel and I have nothing but positive feedback for her service. She put me at ease straight away, very friendly, professional and thorough with finding out about me and my needs. The location was lovely - clean, calming and private (Danielle Louise). Dr Rachel is a real find, would highly recommend her service to anyone feeling nervous about these sort of treatments - I definitely feel more than happy to go back time and time again. This is my second treatment with Dr Rachel. I have absolutely no complaints and all positive things to say. She’s caring, gentle and genuine which I think is essential for these kind of treatments. I always feel at ease with her and if any additional follow ups are required, Dr Rachel is more than accommodating. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Dr Rachel has come back from having a baby in full force! She represents her ethos perfectly - beautiful, natural, healthy and positive. I always feel comfortable with Dr Rachel and our appointments fly by with her professionalism matched with easy conversation. I’m so glad I’ve found such a great person to help me stay looking younger! As always, Dr Rachel is personable and professional all rolled into one. I opted for 2 areas this time but needed the right guidance for the best results, Dr Rachel was honest and made sure I received exactly what I needed - she really knows what she’s talking about! Always a safe pair of hands! Very happy! As always, Dr Rachel gets a 5* review from me! She’s down to earth, kind, very caring and great to chat to - this is always complimented with her knowledge and professionalism when it comes to the actual process. You can’t help but feel calm and completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Rachel made me feel very comfortable and reassured me every step of the way as I was quite anxious. I had no idea what treatments would work for me but she was very patient and listened to my concerns. She formulated a plan - I've had 3 treatments so far and can really see a difference. She is truly lovely and caring and her knowledge and bedside manner is second to none. I cannot praise her enough and would definitely recommend her. Always a pleasure visiting Rachel and having a treatment. Rachel always has time to listen and answer questions - always puts you at ease - great bedside manner. Would highly recommend Rachel.

Loved this treatment definitely noticed and improvement with skin texture and wrinkles not as noticeable. Rachel was lovely as always and definitely recommend her Rachel is so professional and answers any questions you ask to put your mind at rest. Love this treatment and the results you get from microneedling makes my open pores less noticeable and improves my skin quality Great results got rid of multiple moles that have annoyed me for years.
