Vinci Hair Clinic

So I decided to go for this in 2022 after looking into it and seeing some really good results. I went ahead and a lady called sabina started the sessions. I told her I wanted it shaved right down with the foil shaver so there is no visible length to my hairs. She told me that I should shave my head to 0.5ml and went ahead with a shade of grey or black.. now if I do this you can see long hairs from the middle of my head and nothing at the front so inevitably it looks ridiculous. They have also rushed and not done a good job on the hairline itself as it is dead straight and looks really fake and is looking a weird colour. People can see straight away that I have had laser surgery and I hsave become a laughing stock unfortunately. I now never go out without my hat and I had tried to contact them to get them to rectify it and make it look better but they did do anything about it and refused ti take any action. The lady who did initial sessions made up a plan of how they would make it 3d and all this nonsense and in the end she left and I now have different people doing the top ups. The hairline Is a dead straight line and looks pathetic and nothing like the ones they showed me it would look like where you can see the grains of hair within the work... I am even embarrassed to add a picture.

Didn't get a transplant with them and likely never will. I signed up to receive a quote but their harassment makes the whole experience very uncomfortable. They call often, if you decline they call again straight away, they send too many WhatsApp messages and emails, it's overwhelming. I understand wanting to chase a sale, but all this does is make people not want your services.

I’m absolutely overjoyed with the results of the crown procedure I underwent back in Jan 2024. I’m now at the 9 month stage and today have received my final PRP procedure, which in effect concludes all my treatments. The confidence the procedure has already brought me has been astounding. For the first time in 20 years I no longer have to go scurrying around looking for the nearest hat to wear when I go out! I can’t thank all the staff at Vinci for making this a well-informed, comfortable and fascinating experience. I’m actually so happy with the results I’m considering having another procedure to thicken up the widows peak at the front, just slightly. 5 star service from so many people who excel in their fields at the clinic. Neil, the wonderful consultant who guided me through the whole build up, and aftercare-with his own personal experience of having the procedure performed at this very clinic; which goes a long way to instil confidence in the company as a customer, knowing the guy has personal experience. Dr Rössler and everyone at the clinic, and the clinic itself was of the highest standard. I felt so comfortable throughout the procedure I fell asleep a couple of times! Back in Manchester, Sarah was absolutely brilliant at not only administering the PRP’s and making the brief procedure pretty much pain-free, but was great at answering my queries on more detailed aspects of medication, in a way which was understandable to the layperson, as myself. What else can I say about the procedure at Vinci, but , ‘been there, done it, it worked’! Thank you so much, Vinci Dominic
