I returned to Dr Staiano after he did such a great job previously. I had 2 moles removed from my face, I was made to feel very welcome and I understood everything about my treatment. The whole journey was explained to me and the team kept in contact with me. I’m very pleased with my results already and know once fully healed it’ll look amazing. The clinic is a beautiful, calm environment and I would definitely recommend treatment there.

I recently had multiple cysts removed from my scalp at this clinic, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I called to book the appointment, the team was incredibly friendly, caring, and professional. They made me feel completely at ease every step of the way — from the initial consultation through to the surgery and all the follow-up calls. The level of care and attention I received was outstanding. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a clinic that combines such genuine compassion with such high standards of medical care. Thank you to the entire team — you made what could have been a stressful experience feel simple and reassuring. I don't think I could even write down how amazing the team at staiano are. When I visit it feels like I am seeing old friends or family, they are so lovely and laid back, we have a laugh everytime I see them. Little shout out to rose and amy who have become our little clinic besties 🥰 From the first point of contact right down to surgery and post op care, they have been amazing and taken care of any queries I have had. They truly care about the wellbeing of their patients and want the best outcome possible for you. I am now 4 weeks post op and I honestly cannot thank JJ enough for the amazing work he has done. It is better than I could of ever expected. The incisions are so perfectly neat and healing so well with No complications. Also a big shout out to the hospital we used, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for me. I have felt on cloud 9 ever since the surgery best decision I have ever made . ❤️
