Avoid at all costs. They charge £195 for what’s advertised as a complete mole check, but what you get is a nurse (??) checking you with a light. The examination is extremely superficial, and if they spot a mole that looks suspicious, they can’t even tell you whether it’s dangerous or not, instead, they ask for an additional £40 per mole to have it reviewed by an online doctor. If that was the service, why should I pay you in the first instance? I’m genuinely shocked that the NHS and UK authorities allow such a misleading and borderline practice to operate. In the end, I had to book an appointment with a qualified dermatologist, who confirmed that this company is not recognised or trusted within the medical community and put my mind at ease about my problems.

I had a black mole appear on my leg that looked completely different to my other moles, so I booked in to get it checked. I was seen on time, my mind was put at ease almost immediately by the nurse, and I received a follow up report once reviewed by a Dr confirming I had nothing to worry about. It was £60 and in my opinion, well worth it considering how long I would have had to wait to see a GP. I would 100% recommend this clinic if you are worried, please have any changes checked as soon as you can.
