I had a consultation with Mr. Villapalos regarding a depressed scar. After our initial meeting, I was given time to reflect on what was discussed, and I was even offered a follow-up consultation—free of charge—to address any further questions. It was clear that they genuinely aim to work with the patient to find the best solution. In the end, I decided not to proceed with the surgery, as Mr. Villapalos had thoughtfully advised me to carefully consider whether it was necessary. Ultimately, the scar was not very noticeable. Throughout the process, I felt I was in good hands and had complete confidence in Mr. Villapalos. The administrative team was also responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions.

I’ve seen Mr Goutos for scar treatment. I had one on my leg which was particularly noticeable. Mr Goutos has been kind and supportive. The treatment is always explained thoroughly and carefully so you fully understand the intended outcome. The scar on my leg is vastly improved from how it first presented, thanks to Mr Goutos’s laser treatment. I will likely have another session in autumn. Thank you so much Mr Goutos. Hannah

I went to the London scar clinic back in September/October of 2024 for a very noticeable forehead scar from a blunt force trauma accident 4 years ago. My initial consultation with Mr Jorge Leon-Villapalos went well. So I booked myself in for a test patch with Mr Leon-Villapalos for Ablative CO2 resurfacing. This, however, is where things unfortunately went down hill. I was left waiting for an hour past my appointment time with no explanation or acknowledgment from staff. The appointment itself was rushed and I felt as though my question weren’t being answered and that I was very much not being listened to. I was also incredibly disappointed with the fact that no after care instructions were given, instead Mr Leon-Villapalos quickly read out the number to the practice and said to call if I had any questions or concerns before ushering me out of the room. After leaving and not receiving any further communication from the Clinic, I had to call the practice to ask them to send me information on how I was ment to look after the new wound. Luckily, I’m glad I only got to experience a test patch with this clinic and have found an incredible place elsewhere who didn’t rush me, listened to my needs and concerns, answered all my questions and who harboured a safe, professional and comfortable environment.
