Great experience with Melissa Alishahi. She truly takes good care of my skin. I'am needle phobic but Melissa is very professional and caring and eases me into treatment, she takes extra precautions to avoid unnecessary discomfort. I have also had non-surgical rhinoplasty and tear trough procedure with Melissa and have experienced none very minimal downtime as expected with any needle procedures. She is natural and gives natural looking results and as a guy that's what I am seeking, she has medical background and understands safety. Highly recommended!

Hi Faceclinic, my name is Ellie,from Germany. I met Melissa at an Face event, and she convinced me to do my Botox and facial treatments with herself. I gave her a try, and honestly never been happier. She understands the facial anatomy and is very knowledgeable about cosmetic procedures and beauty. Honestly my Botox looks so natural and even, never encountered eyebrow heaviness or asymmetry with her. I did not have bleeding, bruising or swelling and NO PAIN because she is so delicate with her injections! I am a seventy-year-old woman with three adult children and three grandchildren. I had a neck and facelift in the London clinic of Dr Julian de Silva on 27th July 2021. Two weeks after the surgery, my forty-five-year-old daughter is already saying that I look like her younger sister. The treatment in the clinic is 5 star, everyone working there is friendly and efficient. I thank Dr Julian and everyone working in the Harley Street Face clinic for their excellent work. Sarah, the manager, and the three nurses, Ellie, Raquel and Hanna, are angels who took the utmost care of me after the surgery. (we stay one night in the clinic) Always with a pleasant attitude and a patient smile. Dr Julian has magic hands to erase twenty years off my face as he did. I will be thrilled to look like a good fifty years old at the end of six months. My only worry is if when all the swelling disappears, I might look too young to be my daughter's mother :-).
