Such a great experience with Mr Karoo from the start to finish. I was made to feel very much at ease all the way through the process where I had a benign cyst removed from the back of my head which had been there for years. Mr Karoo and his team provide a service that is second to none and would highly recommend Cardiff Clinic to friends and family.

Such a good experience with Dr Raj, who removed my mole. He was very informative and friendly and put me at ease throughout. The lady who filmed the procedure was also so kind. I was also sent details to help with the healing process. Very happy :) I highly recommend!

Mr Karoo is not only a skilled plastic surgeon, but he is also compassionate and knowledgeable, he went above and beyond .I felt genuinely listened to he made me feel significant and cared for me during my visits and also my surgery! In 2024 I was diagnosed with a cancer called a BCC it was on my left nasal bridge near my eye, I waited so long in the NHS that my daughter feared I may loose my eye . She searched and came across this clinic and booked an appointment for me .This Cardiff clinic is wonderful! I was immediately put at ease by all the staff and reassured that Mr Karoo was that person to help . After my first consultation he explained to me everything that would or could happen and even though it seemed scary I loved the fact he was giving me truth so I could decide myself! I required a skin graft taken from my ear for it to replace the space that my cancerous tumour had left by my eye ! My results were are amazing! He got 100%of my cancer out! I would highly recommend Mr Karoo for any surgical procedure you need ! He made me feel more than just a patient! He’s given me a new perspective and I’m so happy with the results of my surgery!
