Superdrug

I was shopping in Superdrug in Bristol looking for a product for my face spots , but I had absolutely no idea what to look for. A really friendly staff named Sabrina noticed I needed help and went out of her way to assist me. She was patient, friendly, and took the time to explain my options. Thanks to her, I found exactly what I needed. Sabrina’s customer service was outstanding

honestly haven't seen mean girls like this since secondary school which is suprising as they all looked way to old to be acting like that, the dirty looks at me and then laughing with her colleague as i walk away all because i went to the wrong till, those girls have no class and definitely shouldn’t be doing customer service. i left feeling so uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Normally an okay place to get the stuff you need. However, today I went to pick up a few small items, and I had one member of staff act like I was doing something suspicious (I was not, I just could not find what I was looking for, until a more helpful member of staff actually helped me). The other member of staff just followed me around, did not try to help (or show any amount of good customer service), and then at the checkout, one looked into my bag after I paid! Hello, people can buy stuff at other shops? Please check your own CCTV, and you'll know. Don't drive away your legitimate customers by allowing your staff to act like this for no reason. Ridiculous, makes you want to just avoid it
