I had a full-face treatment with Dr. Natalie, and she was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to explain everything thoroughly during the consultation, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Her professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and I was amazed by the results. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I had a treatment done from Dr Ayad two weeks ago i am sorry for delay in putting my review on, my phone was playing up.I am so impressed with my nose …absolutely love it. After having had 5 previous rhinoplasties with the last two being the worse I was left with no confidence my nose looked awful. Dr Ayad is so amazing he transformed my nose in 15mins bringing back my confidence. To anyone considering a surgical rhinoplasty consider seeing this Dr first he is so lovely and explains everything to you and really does know his stuff, your in safe hands. Thank you dr Ayad you really have given so much confidence I feel like myself again. I was so nervous at first but Dr Ayad made me feel at ease and talked me through the treatment. When I looked at my nose I couldn’t believe it I wanted to cry with happiness. So glad I went and should have gone sooner. I have had so many compliments from my family who are happy to see me happy again. I am a patient for life my experience here as been wonderful I would never go anywhere else.

Where do I even begin? About four years ago, I had the non-surgical nose slimming (filler) treatment with Dr. Ayad. At first, I genuinely liked the results. But after about a year, I noticed my nose shape had started to change. I returned to him and asked whether I needed to dissolve the existing filler. He reassured me that it had completely dissolved — saying it had been over a year and there was "nothing left." Based on his advice, I went ahead and had the treatment again. Fast forward another year — again, I asked about dissolving any previous filler. Again, I was told there was absolutely no filler remaining. So, I went ahead with a third round. That’s three filler treatments in total. Over time, I started to feel like the tip of my nose was getting larger, and deep down, I had a gut feeling that the filler had not dissolved — it was building up. Despite expressing this multiple times to Dr. Ayad and his reception team, I was told repeatedly: "Filler disappears within 9 months to a year." Still unhappy with the way my nose looked, I recently chose to have a surgical rhinoplasty — and this is where it became very clear something was wrong. While I was still under anaesthetic, my surgeon informed me the surgery had gone well, but as he peeled back the skin, he found a large ball of filler in my nose. This confirmed everything I had suspected — despite being told otherwise multiple times. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic or Dr. Ayad to anyone. When a medical professional is providing treatments, they should be honest and well-informed. I trusted his advice because he’s a doctor, but the truth was uncovered during surgery. My new surgeon told me something I think everyone should hear: "Many doctors don’t fully understand what’s in the fillers they use. Even if they have good reviews and certifications, that doesn’t always mean they’re doing things right." He also took photos of the filler he found during surgery — I wanted to upload them here, but Google won’t allow graphic content. They're shocking. Please — if you're considering filler in the nose, especially with Dr. Ayad — don’t do it. I hope this review helps someone make a safer, more informed decision.
