My overall experience with the hospital care was excellent. The hospital is very modern, comfortable and super clean. Admin staff is very nice both on telephone and in person The entire staff was professional, highly supportive, and focused on patient comfort The nurses were fabulous: highly efficient and exceptionally warm. All medical staff is great. I am so very grateful to each and every one of the amazing professionals and caring people Thanks!

I recently had a hip surgery with Professor Max Fehily, assisted by Dr Sinha, and I honestly couldn’t have been in better hands. The surgery itself went really well, and throughout the whole process I felt completely reassured by their skill and professionalism. The hospital and its facilities were excellent – clean, modern, and very well organised, which immediately gave me confidence before my surgery. Everything felt calm and professional from the moment I arrived. The aftercare was truly exceptional. Nurse Bumi who was looking after tmw thought the night due to some additional needs was absolutely amazing. Kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, she made me feel safe and comfortable just hours after major surgery. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was looked after. The rest of the nursing team were also brilliant and made a huge difference to my recovery. Even the food was great, which was such a nice surprise and really helped with the recovery process. I felt so well cared for from start to finish. Huge thanks to Professor Fehily, Dr Sinha, Nurse Bumi, and the whole team – you were fantastic.

I had my stoma reversal carried out in August 2023 by my consultant Mr. Sharma, who is a fantastic consultant and At all times, we were kept fully informed in the run up to the procedure. The pre-op tests were done in block appointments to save me multiple trips. On the day, I was made to feel so welcome by the day case ward, whilst I waited for theatre. I was met by Naiomi who was brilliant and took me to theatre. After surgery, I was in CCU and received the most amazing care from Bev, Mark, Lamidia, the CCU team and the physio team I was discharged onto Ward B and the team including Ashleigh, Jade and Elena were fantastic. My family were kept informed every day of my recovery at the hospital and they were most appreciative of the phone call post-operative to let them know that I was settled in CCU. Thank you to everyone for what you do and what you have done for me.
