I came to smile stories 2 years ago looking for straighter teeth, the journey has been amazing from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the results Gareth knew I was very nervous of having any teeth taken out but it was necessary for me, I was so scared but they talked me through every step and I can honestly say I had barely any pain during and after. I also suffer from sensitive teeth so used to dread a trip to the hygienist at my previous dentist but the team at smile stories have always taken such care and take extra precautions to ensure I don't feel any discomfort. Booking appointments on WhatsApp is so easy and convenient too. I used to be so self conscious of my smile and now I love it and can't wait to show off my new smile on my wedding day. Everyone at smile stories has been so lovely and I couldn't be happier, massive thanks to Gareth for everything! The best dentist by far!

I went to Smile Stories as an anxious patient, I hadn’t been to the dentist and knew I had a lot to have done, starting with the health check and also the hygienist appointment. I was made to feel relaxed and also had a lovely chat before anything happened on the first visit, I really like how they took their time with everything. I had to have a fair bit of treatment and I was emailed this in a presentation and everything was clearly laid out before anything started. I was put with Sarah and she has been the most supportive, positive and gentle dentist I have had. She has even rebuilt more of my teeth to give me the best smile I could have naturally. She is easy to speak too and also understanding. My hygienist Natasha is also very kind and gentle and takes time to speak to me and showed me the best way to floss. I also would like to mention that Harry did a Root canal for me which seemed to be flawless. The whole team are wonderful people including the receptionists. And I would not want to go anywhere else.

2 years ago I walked into smile stories for my first appointed to have Invisalign and what a 2 years it has been. The team are wonderful but I want to say a special thank you to Zak and Tash who took me under their wing and worked an absolute miracle. My confidence has soared and the results are so much more than I thought they could ever be. The best money I have ever spent.
