AVOID at all costs. Quick to take money and have just confirmed what we already knew with no treatment even offered. Been waiting for a manager to call me back over 2 days. Just called again and still not available to speak with me. This condition is effecting my son’s mental heath. All i have been provided with is a list of private doctors ALL of which do not see under 18s. I was then sent a second list and again incorrect information. Incompetent to say the least. Don't waste your money this company it is a joke. I am going to have to now dispute this with my bank as clearly no one will respond to complaints.

Really disappointed... Like others have written, when you are feeling low about your appearance, you are in a more vulnerable state. I decided to pay the £89 in the trust that the company would have exceptional knowledge and experience in a specific medical field. However, I have been left feeling very disappointed and out of pocket. I spent time completing the necessary information with photos. I waited 3 days and when I didn't hear anything, I emailed to be told my information hadn't saved. I had to redo and again wait another 3 days. Customer service not very friendly. Not sure diagnosis is correct and prescription ridiculously priced compared to other online pharmacies. In middle of stressful job and being a mum, this was a little something I was doing for myself before hitting 40 and left feeling flat about the experience.

I was desperate for help, I read the information on their website saying if further treatment is needed we will arrange. I fill in a very scarce form and sent photos. I thought from the information given someone would respond via an email or telephone call. With a two-way discussion on diagnosis and next steps. Oh I was so wrong! I got back a fast response giving me a generic diagnosis and a treatment option that I had already tried. Please please do not waste your money or time. When I complained and explained that I hadn’t added my med history due to the ambiguous questions this company didn’t even agree to review and perhaps change it to help future patients not make the same mistake. I asked for it to be escalated to their CEO who reviewed and said no not our fault. Honestly, having worked for the NHS as a senior manager for 30 years I know when a company is offering substandard service and getting money off poor patients. You can do an AI search better than them! Please scroll on by and forget this.
