Katy was so lovely and friendly and answered all the questions I had. She was able to give me great information and advice and got me booked in fast. She mentioned a cancellation date which would possibly fast track my surgery to the dates I wanted and couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding and supportive. Thank you!

Your sales team are only interested until you pay then they drop you. Your call centre are unhelpful and rude. Your appointment system is not fit for purpose and consistently let's customers down and changes appointments without prior discussion and i would never recommend anyone use your service. The nurse Jo who I have been seeing is lovely, very professional and its a shame others don't take her lead and if I had been in contact with her at an earlier stage than post surgery visits, I may have been better taken care of and better informed of what to expect. The service is poor and the call team do not go to any lengths to meet any level of good customer service and constant sickness means limited access to appointments that are essential. It was easier arranging consultation prior to surgery than it was to access post surgery aftercare. Disappointed and let down is the feeling I am left with. Angry at the money I paid for a private service compared to the service received. Full results of surgery yet to be seen but the overall experience has been shocking.
