After years of worrying and indecisiveness about having breast argumentation I found Dr Ali-khan. After searching through all of his reviews and work he has completed, I booked my first consultation with him. I met Dr ali-khan several times before my surgery each time I felt more at ease, his sense of humor and professional attitude made the process a whole lot easier. 3 days before my surgery I called Dr Ali-khan to speak about the sizing of my implants as I decided i wanted to go little bigger. Their was no complications to me changing my mind, and Dr Ali-Khan spent some extra time talking to me ensuring I was happy with the implant sizing I had chosen. I never felt under pressure to go a head with the surgery and was always reassured us ladies are all built differently and unique in our own way. The day of my surgery I was welcomed as always by the receptionist staff. The envorioment is so warm and welcoming every time I've went to the practice which aided in reducing my anxious feeling. I arrived for my surgery and was introduced to Paul who was amazing and supported me all the way through. I was dressed and prepared for surgery very quickly, which I found was great for me as I can become overwhelmed with worry. Each person involved in my surgery came and introduced themselves to me and discussed their role and how long they have been in their role for which I thought was amazing. Just before my surgery I panicked and become overwhelmed going into the theater room, the staff were amazing they understood my worries and spent some time talking me and reassuring me. After my surgery I woke in a lovely room with 1-1 support where I had some food and got dressed to go home. I was always worried about day surgery and if i could manage at home. After surgery I felt slightly sore but nothing I couldn't manage. The first few days I relaxed at home and managed well, the 3rd day is when I start to feel a bit achy and sore however I never felt the need to take anything more then paracetamol. By the 4th day I felt well. The follow up appointments were all prepared before I had my surgery so I was aware of them. From my first appointment i found each step of my care was throughly thought through and my wishes were understood and met. The only regret I have is not considering surgery earlier, I couldn't thank the staff at lase enough for everything they have done for me.

Fantastic customer service, all the staff at Lase are passionate about ensuring their clients receive the best experience possible. The state of the art equipment together with the modern design of the Clinic inspires pleasure and confidence in equal measure. It is beautiful and relaxing, hygiene is second to none and the team are highly skilled. This is my 3rd visit now and have felt so welcome, relaxed and at ease. A fantastic experience from consultation to surgery and an aftercare service to match. i arrived on my surgery day feeling quite nervous but after speaking to the team involved it felt more of a day at the spa. probably the cleanest environment I've ever been in and felt safe throughout the surgery always asking if i was ever in any discomfort or pain which was quicky delt with. i would like to thank Mr Ali-Khan and his amazing team for not only giving me my confidence back but giving me unbelievable results. i would 100% recommend Mr Ali-Khan to anyone, as his knowledge in his field of work is quite remarkable, his taste of music isn't bad either. looking forward to my next checkup.
