I’ve been a patient at Features Nottingham for over 6 years, and I can honestly say the care I’ve received has been second to none. I travel all the way from Bristol for my appointments—and that alone should speak volumes about the level of trust and satisfaction I have with their service. I originally came for composite bonding, and the results were outstanding. Since then, I’ve continued with private treatment, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Floren is an exceptional dentist—his precision, professionalism, and genuine care for his patients set him apart. He always takes time to explain each step, making me feel comfortable and confident during every visit. I also have to highlight Amanda, the receptionist, who is consistently warm, polite, and incredibly helpful. Her friendly manner and attention to detail make every interaction pleasant and stress-free. The clinic itself is modern, immaculate, and welcoming. Even after six years and a long journey each time, I always look forward to my appointments. Had my composite bonding done 3 years ago with florin and they have been amazing. So glad I chose features, from the reviews and people whom I know have had it done by florin I am so pleased. Today I have been for a regular composite clean before my wedding day next week - in which he sent down to reception as free of charge for a wedding present. This has truly made my day.
