Rebecca greeted me with a warm, professional welcome putting me at ease. The clinic had newly installed live camera & audio recording which I was unhappy with due to privacy of treatment; she swiftly contacted one of the Directors who spoke to me and approved it switched off locally during treatment. Beware you need to ask for this switched off. Rebecca's warm, open and easily understood explanation of My treatment was amazing and put me at ease. I can not stress enough how at ease I felt and felt part of the process at each stage, finding the additional treatment around my eyes so relaxing. I left with my next session booked in Rebecca's diary & my post treatment information on hand; happy and excited for my post treatment results.

The customer service is amazing, Roseanne is such a lovely person. It's more than just a procedure or service to them, they care about you and it shows. Very clean place, very skilled in their work. I would recommend it a 100 percent. I tried the Ultrasound cavitation and fat freezing procedures, very effective as well
