Exceptional Dermatology Consultation with Dr. Belmo I had the privilege of consulting with Dr. Sharon Belmo in February for a hair concern I was having. Right from the onset, her administrative staff was prompt and efficient, booking me in immediately and providing me with a confirmation email without delay. Upon meeting Dr. Belmo, I was immediately put at ease. Her approachable demeanor and attentive listening made me feel comfortable and understood. She conducted a comprehensive assessment of my hair, even utilising pictures of my scalp to explain her findings thoroughly. She laid out my treatment options clearly, guiding me through the pros and cons of each. What stood out to me was her lack of rush in wanting me to make a decision. She advised me to take my time, review the supplementary information she provided, and only start treatment when I felt ready. This level of compassionate care left a lasting impression on me. Had a consultation with Sharon, lots of information provided in the session I couldn't keep up with the notes, but I didn't have to as she sent me all the notes and information leaflets for all options discussed in an email. I now have options and a treatment plan I can follow. I'm happy with the result.
