I contacted Dr Leah Clinics to seek further feedback about a Morpheus treatment I wanted to do for my acne scars and dark spots, particularly those left by hormonal acne. The appointment booking process was very straightforward. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, and made booking my appointment easy. I also received two reminders ahead of my visit, which was great. The clinic is very easy to find, just a 3-minute walk from the station. From the outside, it looks clean and professional, and once inside, the environment is tidy, smells pleasant, and has a calm, peaceful atmosphere. At reception, I was asked to complete a health questionnaire, and the staff were supportive and patient throughout the process. During the appointment, the clinician (I’m afraid I forgot her name) was incredibly kind, caring, and informative. She explained that to achieve the best results, I should follow a combination of in-clinic treatments and skincare routines. She clearly outlined the steps to follow, answered all my questions and concerns in detail, and gave me plenty of time to process the information. She also helped me book my next appointment and explained the follow-up process. This was my first visit, and overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were professional, the clinic atmosphere was lovely, and I felt very well looked after. I would highly recommend Dr Leah Clinics and am looking forward to my next appointment.

Amazing! My daughter and I had our consultations with Jenna at the Baker Street clinic. The clinic is clean, bright, smells lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. We had separate consultations with Jenna who explained in great detail all about the treatments we requested. Jenna spoke about our medical history, the treatment, possible side effects and checked to make sure we were suitable for the treatment plan ahead. We are both looking forward to starting our treatments next week.
