Recently undergone breast augmentation surgery! And I can’t fault Dr Kian or his team! Amazing from start to finish! From reception staff right the way through! My consultation was great I felt listened to was no pressure of what size to choose. Tailored approach to what outcome and how I wanted to look afterwards! I wasn’t bombarded with all information and was explained over 2 consultations! Jules was available at any time with any questions I had before and after surgery! Wasn’t sat waiting for replies even ‘out of working hours’ Surgery day fabulous staff were so friendly, kind and put you at ease if you felt anxious or nervous! My recovery has been so smooth with no complications and my results I am in love with! Couldn’t have asked for anything more! I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking of undergoing surgery! Thank you Dr Kian, Jules and everyone else involved! You’re all truly amazing at what you do ❤️

I recently had a breast augmentation performed by Dr Kian, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience from start to finish. From the very first consultation, Dr Kian made me feel completely at ease. He took the time to listen to my goals, answered every question with care, explained all the options thoroughly, and helped guide me to the right choice for my body and goals. His professionalism, kindness, and clear expertise immediately reassured me that I was in the best hands. The day of the surgery at Pall Mall went smoothly. Everything was clearly explained to me, and I felt calm and well cared for throughout the entire day. What really stood out to me these past few weeks was the level of post-op care. Dr Kian has been wonderful, especially at both my 1 week and 6 week post-op appointments, where he took the time to check my healing progress, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I also have to give a special thank you to Jules (Dr Kian’s PA), who has been a constant support throughout both the consultation process and my recovery. She answered all of my questions, always responding with kindness and patience. Knowing I had someone knowledgeable and supportive just a message away made a huge difference to my peace of mind while recovering. Now, six weeks post-op, I am healing beautifully, already feeling more confident and so happy I made this decision. I can't recommend Dr Kian and his team enough!

Massive thanks to Dr Kian Tan and Jules, 5 weeks ago I had old breast implants removed and replaced and skin cancer removed from my fore head at the same time, From start to finish the whole experience was second to none!!! I couldn’t be more happier , the after care is brilliant, I have another review with Dr Kian Tan in 6 months. This guy is the best!!!!! Jules in on hand to answer any questions and they both made my experience very smooth. Dr Kian Tan is brilliant and I cannot thank him enough !
